Roland Gonzales is a retired Military Officer who has devoted the last fourteen years to building his Real Estate business.  He was twice recognized by the Reality Alliance (an alliance of the Real Estate industry's leading firms) and was ranked in the Top 1% nationwide of residential Real Estate Professionals.  During this recognition period, Roland averaged over $1 million in monthly residential real estate sales. 

 

Carmen Silva Gonzales, Roland's business partner, has an undergraduate degree and a master's degree in Public Policy from The University of Texas at Austin.  

 

Roland has personally experienced the stress of selling, relocating, and buying six different homes during his military and real estate careers and is committed to making this process as smooth as possible for his clients.  While affiliated with a large real estate firm, Roland was selected to mentor six rookie real estate agents - several have since become top producing agents themselves.  As your real estate representative, Roland will help you find the right new home and/or find the right buyer for your old home.
